Morgenvroeg vertrekken we met de bus naar Winterberg om met ons operakoor een repetitiewekend te houden als voorbereiding op de opera Edgar. Zondagavond zijn we weer terug. Je moet er wel wat voor over hebben om je kwaliteit als koor te behouden. Daarbij is de opera Edgar van Puccini een vreemde opera, die nauwelijks wordt gespeeld en gezongen. Eind oktober gaan wij die opera in het Jeroen Boschcentrum in den Bosch zingen (dus niet spelen) met solisten en orkest. En daarna snel aan de slag met de nieuwe opera Giovanna d'Arco (of in het nederlands Jeanne d'Arc) van Verdi. Op 30 en 31 oktober en 1 november 2007 moet die op de planken in het Theater aan de Parade in den Bosch staan. Dat wordt weer heel hard werken.
